Paracel Beach Hotel

The hotel offered good value for the price. The staff were always very nice and helpful.

I think the hotel caters to bus tours so more often than not the hallways would be noisy with groups talking or having their children playing. It should be noted that the breakfast ends very promptly at 9:30.

Location of the hotel is perfect. It is right across My Khe beach, and closer to most landmarks. You can just cross the road to get to the beach. Rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Rooms in lower floors seemed to have an old style of furniture, but the higher levels have more modern rooms. Their pool on the rooftop was great. They have a spa in the hotel as well. Their breakfast had a decent spread for vegetarians as well.

Menu for breakfast seemed to be similar on most days. I stayed for a longer period and it became a bit boring. Some of the rooms have old style furniture(they are clean).

The room was spacious, our shower was fantastic and beds comfortable . The staff was wonderful and very helpful . Right across the street from the beach and several restaurant options

Breakfast buffet food options not so good. Walls are a bit thin as we could hear the loud noises made by other guests from the hallway in the middle of the night

Close to restaurant, sea and shopping area

Friendly and helpful front desk staff, the one who went extra miles were Ken Khoi, Thuong and Ngoc , first in the morning I would get a text from Ken offering his service . We did receive a superb customer service from this 3❤️very thankful to them for helping us during our 4 days stays

We changed our plans and came back to Đà Nẵng, choosing Paracel Beach Hotel again because our first stay was already wonderful and this visit was just like the first time (nothing bad at all).The room was fantastic: comfortable, spacious, and spotless. The food was very good, and a special shout-out to our server Nora (Thanh) in the restaurant, she was kind and incredibly helpful, even giving me great advice for fruit shopping nearby.One more thoughtful touch: we had a late flight, and the team kindly let us take a shower after check-out, which made our travel day so much more comfortable.All in all, another excellent experience. We’ll happily choose Paracel Beach Hotel again!

I stayed at Paracel Beach Hotel with my girlfriend and we had a fantastic time. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of different cuisines, and the coffee was especially good—a perfect start to each morning.The location is unbeatable: the beach and several shops are right in front of the building, making everything super convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed.Our room was very comfortable, with a big cozy bed and everything was clean and well-maintained.Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again!

Booked ocean view room with balcony. The view was amazing. Room size was great. Pool and gym were good and not very busy. Had them both to ourselves most of the time.

Laundry service was way over priced. Take your laundry to the many dry cleaners the street behind the hotel for 10% of the price

It is a great location, and the staff are the most helpful and service focused. Rooms are fine the view from our balcony facing the ocean was amazing. Could not be a better view. Beach is awesome and across the road to get there. A great mix of high quality restaurants as well as street food within minutes of the door.

The rooms are noisy. There is outside noise yes, but inside the hotel also. The doors dont close properly and sound an alarm when open. This is similar to a fire alarm and wakes you up all night. Corridors are noisy and rooms are not soundproof which wakes you up also. Across the road on the beach are areas set up for DJ's to pump out LOUD music through to 2am in the morning. There are no people that they are playing to so they turn the volume up for all to hear in a 1-kilometer radius. Bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones if you want to sleep before 2am.Pool on roof is basic and small area for people to enjoy the facility. Older people found it difficult to get out of the pool and there was not a bar near the pool to have a drink. Was hot and stuffy with no air flow.

Great location and excellent service. Staff was very helpful especially Nancy who arranged our airport transportation to the hotel. They even surprised me with beautiful birthday decorations and delicious cake in our room. Location is right in heart of Da Nang beach, only few minutes to walk to the beach Definitely recommend them for your stay in Da Nang. Will definitely stay again.

It’s too hot weather

It is very central, walking distance to the beach, beer brewery etcCheck-in staff were very friendly and helpful Tuyet Nhi and Thanh Thuy the two girls, they also arranged a taxi for us to the fireworks show and to the airport.

At the pool was not enough seats, only 3 loungers and no place to sit. Our safe did not work.

Everything was awesome from staff to Hotel facilities, specially thanks to the Restaurant staff: Long,Ngan,Bao and specially to Yume, she went above and Beyond to make us comfortable as my wife was ill, also thanks to security for always looking out for our safety going inside to building; thanks to Nhat Kha for going above and beyond. Thanks to front counter supervisor for always be in contact if something was needed in an emergency!

Wow where can I start, the Staff! 5stars they went over and beyond!!!! Everyone treats you like you are family! They even talk to each other like family!!

Only thing they need is a bigger lobby for all the people coming in on events LOL!!

Noise from corridor, not sufficient insulation. Water leaks from shower door.

This was one of our favorite hotels in Vietnam. The room and pool was fantastic, but it was the staff who made our stay special. They greeted us by name each time with the biggest smiles

Dan Nang generally has a feeling of a tourist factory and the same is true about the hotel. It is quite simple (although claiming to be a 4star hotel), but clean and all the basics are covered.The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Their SPA Center is very pleasantThe location is good in terms of access to the beach and lots of street food around.

While the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained, there were a few drawbacks that detracted from the overall experience. The swimming pool is quite small and surrounded by only a handful of sun beds, making it difficult to relax. The elevators often ran slowly (and sometimes stopped between floors), leading to frustrating waits. In the bathroom, the shower design allows water to spray beyond the bath, so the floor gets soaked every time you shower. These issues are worth noting if you’re looking for a truly comfortable stay.

The location is great as you just need to cross the road to reach the beach. Its also in the middle of the strip so convenient to go into town. I was hesitant to book as read some of the negative reviews but was surprised at the efficiency , professional attitude and cleanliness of the place. Highly recommend it

Nothing everything was at par

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our family of 4, especially Kha who goes the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was central to a lot of the seafood restaurant.
